Set on the Cala Blanca complex, peacefully opposite the orange groves with views of Montgo Mountain, this tranquil house is only two minutes walk from the beautiful cove of Cala Blanca and five minutes from the main sandy beach of Javea with its lively restaurants and bars.

2 side chairs, large settee (which converts into a double bed).

Freestanding fans throughout provide cooling ventilation during hot summer days.

From lounge area there is an archway leading to cloakroom (toilet & basin) and to upstairs bedrooms & family bathroom.

Kitchen has 4-ring gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. The kitchen leads out to a part covered utility room with washing machine, iron & ironing board.

Dining area leads out to a very pretty courtyard with doors leading to outside enclosed front garden.
