Set on the Cala Blanca complex, peacefully opposite the orange groves with views of Montgo Mountain, this tranquil house is only two minutes walk from the beautiful cove of Cala Blanca and five minutes from the main sandy beach of Javea with its lively restaurants and bars.

The master bedroom with en-suite, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps is at ground level, suitable for disabled/elderly.

Bed linens, bathroom towels, hair dryer, included. Travel cot available at no extra cost.

Upstairs has a family bathroom, bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin,

The lounge/dining room has seating for six, child highchair, TV with basic satellite viewing, DVD player and stereo system, fireplace with gas fire, plus central heating.

The new kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave and oven, gas hob, kettle and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered utility room with washing machine.

The private garden has a large patio area with patio table and chairs and is completely enclosed.
