3 minutes drive to the beautiful El Portet beach and only 5 mins drive into Moraira town and its main beach with a large selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and chemists.

This villa is on 2 levels, each with full living facilities enabling 2 families to enjoy a holiday together.

The 1st level has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, dining room, large naya, internal open courtyard.

The 2nd level has 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bedroom sleeping 4.
