This pretty detached villa is on the popular La Sella golf resort, includes easy access to tennis, golf course & horse riding.
The property is open plan with its own private entrance and carport.

New kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle & toaster.

Adjacent dining area with table and chairs, seating for 4 people, leading to lounge area with fireplace and log burner, 3 seater settee (which converts into a double bed).

2 side chairs, TV with basic satellite viewing, DVD player and stereo system.

From the lounge area is an archway leading to the bedrooms, family bathroom, bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin.

Master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, double bed and bedside tables with lamps. 2nd bedroom has fitted wardrobes, 2 single beds and bedside table with lamp. Bed linens, bathroom towels, hair dryer, included travel cot, available at no extra cost. Freestanding fans throughout provide cooling ventilation during hot summer days.

From the lounge area, you reach the rear of the property, which has a large balcony, with patio table, chairs and sunloungers.

This leads to an outside BBQ and seating in the large paved garden area that goes around all of the property.

Steps leading up to a roof terrace providing a sheltered, private sunbathing area with fabulous views of the sea.

Just a short walk away is the communal pool, supermarket, farmacia (chemist) and restaurant with take away service.

Location

La Sella is ideally situated midway between Denia and Javea, and is close to the A7 motorway or the N332 coast road, which will take to you to the famous Terra Mitica Theme park, www.terramiticapark.com/en/ and Aqualandia water park, www.aqualandia.net.

Denia is approx 5 minutes drive away where you can find long sandy beaches, many restaurants, bars, shops, visit the market or even take a boat over to Ibiza, Majorca or shorter trips to Javea, Calpe, & Altea. You can buy fresh fish at the local fish market, which sells directly from the fishing boats as they come into port.

Javea is approx 10 minutes drive away where you can visit the old town, Arenal beach, bars, restaurants and the port.
