This spacious villa with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers rooms, can be used at one huge accommodation via internal stairs or as 2 separate apartments with own private access to/from lower level patio.

Upper level

Entrance hall leading to lounge with DVD player, stereo system, TV with basic satellite viewing, 2 seated sofa and 3 seated sofa, separate dining room overlooking the pool, fully equipped kitchen, Master bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobes, en-suite bathroom, 2 nd bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, 3 rd bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, from hallway a separate shower room.

The lounge area has stairs leading down to lower level.

A £500 damage deposit is required. This will be returned, subject to no breakages and other losses, once the villa has been cleaned.
